Tonight Light Travels is opening for Dean Lonsdale & The Ramifications’ CD Release! This all ages show is sure to impress, and won’t keep you up too late. Come on out and join us for music and a drink.

As I pick up more of the guitar, I’m excited to have written my first two guitar-based songs (so far untitled), which will be featured on my next CD. No dates have been set for recording thus far, but I will be posting some snippets and rough mixes, so be on the lookout. The latest piano track “Don’t Shoot the Messenger” will be first up! This period of creativity is a welcome opening to new ideas and a twist on my usual sound. Comments on lyrics and tracks are always welcome.

I’ve just printed out a couple of posters for this Friday’s gig at Bogani Cafe here in Edmonton, and I’m feeling good about getting back into my solo shows. With winter slowly folding its arms and giving way to the light and life of spring, things are looking up. And my cold allergy is thankful…

I’ve added a new lyric page for On this Dirt Road, a song I wrote recently with the help of my good friend and fellow musician Matt Spearin.
